I found my Pirate name in the link I added on Women Pirates. There was a pirate named Mary Crickett aka Crichett. The name intrigued me but didn't sound pirate enough for me so I embelished a little and added the Black Poison. Now THAT'S a pirate name. Especially for a woman! My favorite story has always been Robinson Crusoe. This was based on an actual person and his story of being marooned on a desert island for years. His name was Alexander Selkirk.
