Tons of Silver Discovered by Odyssey Marine

Read more about the latest shipwreck discovery, code-named "Black Swan", reported May 18!18. It's a colonial era ship and was found somewhere in the Atlantic Ocean (details very hush hush).

Queen Anne's Revenge:
Believed to be discovered 1996 off the coast of North Carolina (Beaufort Inlet). Blackbeard's ship ran aground in 1717.

Whydah:
Pirate Samuel Bellamy's wreck was discovered off the coast of Cape Cod in 1984 by Barry Clifford, who recovered many artifacts from the wreck, such as coins, weapons and the ships bell. The archeological treasures are on display at the Expedition Whydah Sea Lab and Learning Center in Providence, Massachusetts.
