jcgalan	Why Pirate Master went off the air Aug 11 2007, 9:15 PM EDT I think I have found out why they took my favorite show off the air just as it was getting good. It's sad news but I'm afraid it's true. I'm sure everyone remembers Cheryl well about 2 weeks ago she committed suicide by hanging herself. They said she was deeply depressed because her boyfriend has used her gun to kill himself sometime in the middle of July so around the end of July she took her own life. I'm guess this is why they took it off the air, because it sure can't be because no-one was watching it because from the looks of all the pissed off viewers there was a whole bunch of people watching it. I know this was a tragic event but they should of at least finished the season because you know the episodes have been filmed in advance of this event and I'm sure she would of wanted it to run it's course. There is another rumor that it's because Jon is sueing because he lost the Ghost's key, don't understand what that has to do with them canceling the show, probably just another rumor. Back to "The Cheryl theory," unfortunatly humans are macabe' "rubber neckers" and had that been common knowledge it would've raised ratings. I still keep looking for it on tv in hopes that it can pick up where it left off. Now I know why they took the show off the air. I saw it in her eyes how sad she was on the show .
